TERMS & CONDITIONS

I, Jenna Harvie, hold all rights to all artwork, writing, images, and my logo. This includes sold and unsold original work, commissioned pieces, merchandise, prints, etc. I retain the right to reproduce any artwork I create, unless otherwise stated in a separate and agreed upon contract.

My artwork is not permitted to be resold or reproduced for profit in any way without my expressed written permission. The collector may display my artwork.

Orders will not ship until the full payment has been received. The buyer is responsible for any taxes or import/customs fees. I can’t advise, estimate, or pay any applicable fees specific to the buyer’s country.

I accept payments via e-transfer or PayPal. If you need to make a payment another way we can discuss that at the time of purchase.
